The EFCA Tool Kit is current based on HR 800 as passed by the House in 2007. When the Employee Free Choice Act passes, all DVDs and other materials will be replaced to reflect the final provisions of the new version of HR 800. ALL REPLACEMENT MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
