This is why the Labor Relations Institute has created two comprehensive video-based training programs along with an interactive web-based training program.

Your supervisors and managers must be educated about how to deliver effective, legal union-free communications to employees under their supervision. Supervisors and managers need to be aware of union tactics and how to respond to employee questions about the unions.

Upon completion of our training programs your supervisors will fully understand the importance of their role in maintaining a union-free environment. They will have the skills and knowledge to be effective in today's aggressive union organizing atmosphere.

Pro-Active Union-Free Training Video Content

In today's more aggressive union organizing atmosphere, smart employers are pro-active employers. Now LRI has produced the labor relations industry's most effective pro-active union avoidance program.

Thanks to the magic of video, our "1954 Guy" travels ahead in time to lead your managers through a series of comprehensive training modules. Because he comes from a time when union representation was common, he knows the early warning signs of an organizing campaign and how management needs to respond to this threat. He gives your supervisory team valuable perspective about how and why the union message still connects with many employees. Most importantly, he outlines positive steps that you can take immediately to help secure your union-free workplace.

Training modules conclude with exercises, evaluations, and/or discussions. A leaders guide is also provided that assists in the presentation of the program. Training sessions can be scheduled to fit the needs of your workplace. Experience has shown that two four-hour sessions are often ideal.
