NLRB Election Campaign Videos - Spanish
COMMUNICATIONS FOR the Hispanic WORKFORCE
One of the few parts of the labor force where unions have made inroads is among Hispanic employees. Without effective, persuasive Spanish language communications, this growing segment of the work force is especially vulnerable to union organizing.

Labor Relations Institute has responded to this threat with an all-Spanish version of the NLRB Election Campaign Package. Spanish-speaking presenters and Spanish graphics mirror our highly successful English program. Five employee information videos duplicate the core issues developed by the English videos regarding the dangers of union representation and are the foundation of the Spanish Campaign Packages. Interviews with Hispanic employees who tell of their own union experiences add further credibility with your non-English-speaking work force. View the package options in the sidebar at right.
When making separate presentations to both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking voters, you can be confident that your union-free messages are consistent and equally effective.
