Employee Information Videos

Video

The Guaranteed Winner Package includes the latest edition of the NLRB Election Campaign Program videos from Labor Relations Institute. Five employee informational videos explore the issues that most persuasively support the union-free position. Also included is an additional video - either an Interview With A Union Organizer or a special Union Report Video - suited to your campaign needs.

Each 15 to 20-minute video is to be shown to voters during separate employee meetings. Topics are examined in a sequence that logically builds to maximum support for management on election day.

The Guaranteed Winner Package is more than just video

Issues introduced by LRI videos during employee informational meetings need to be communicated more than once and through a variety of media. LRI has developed a full range of campaign support tools that focus on and underscore your Vote No message.

Campaign Training Program (video-based)

Training

Well informed, persuasive supervisors and managers are invaluable components of a successful campaign. This is why the Labor Relations Institute has created a comprehensive video-based Campaign Training program. Your supervisors and managers are educated about what they may legally say and do when dealing with voters, then instructed about how to deliver effective, legal union-free communications to employees under their supervision. They are made aware of common union campaign tactics and trained in how to initiate discussions that can turn employee questions into votes against the union. Upon completion of the LRI Campaign Training program, your supervisors will fully understand the importance of their role in a winning election.
