Card Signing Program
LRI's Card-Signing Program is effective for employers who are experiencing union organizing activity, but have not yet been petitioned for an election. Choose between the two videos, "Just a Piece of Paper?" or "The Union Authorization Card - A Blank Check for the Union."
Both videos explain how unions work, how they spend the money of members and why organizers really pursue new members. Union-represented employees and former organizers reveal the surprising truth about organizing tactics. The serious implications of signing a union authorization card are explained. Use these with the support tools included in the program below.
